You've found the one! It's time to make an offer. This will include sitting down and discussing offer price, subject clauses, and timeline.
There will be a lot of documents to sign & read. You can rely on our expertise to guide and advise you on the best course of action.
Completion & possession day are here! A few days before closing, you will be required to meet with your mortgage broker & lawyer to ensure funds are transferred and documents are signed.
